Initial Consultation, Conceptual Design Phase, Refinement & Delivery Phase
The KLD team will meet with you for an initial consultation to discuss your needs and get a clear idea of your personal style. Together we will look at the space and talk extensively about what your needs and wants are including budget. After the consultation, based on the ideas brought forth, we will develop a design plan for your space and present our ideas to you. The concept will outline a clear vision for the project, including preliminary budgets, working drawings, 3D renderings, floor plans, potential selection samples, furnishings, & lighting. Together the vision is taking shape and we will start to include trades, confirm selections and firm up floor plans & layout. Together with our contractor we will oversee the job from start to finish, including site visits. We are with you every step of the way and pride ourselves on customer service.
